Tanami Reversible Swimsuit

The Tanami is made from a delicate fabric and must be treated with care. The bronze colour of the suit is only available in a fabric called Repreve. Repreve is more generous in stretch and has a softer feel to the touch than our other fabric, Carvico Vita. Because of this extra generosity in stretch, the Tanami is our top pick for new mums or those who are looking for added softness and comfort, particularly around the midsection and tummy area. However, as it is more delicate, it can be prone to surface damage (such as pilling) so we advise avoiding rough surfaces.

The printed side of the Tanami is made from Carvico Vita, which is sturdier than Repreve and pilling resistant. All other swimsuits featured in our range are made from Carvico Vita. We advise avoid rough surfaces in all of your swimsuits for ultimate longevity, but take particular care with the Tanami.

The breathable fabric is twice as resistant to chlorine, suntan creams and oils than most swim fabrics.

While all of Baiia styles are handmade with care to ensure durability, the longevity of your swimwear will ultimately come down to how they are cared for. To ensure your Baiia remains in perfect condition, please keep the following in mind:

• While Baiia suits can withstand machine washes, we recommend handwashing/rinsing in cold water.
• Do not leave in the sun or hand iron (this may cause fading/damage).
• Make sure all sand is properly removed from the swimwear.
• Keep in a dry place with frequent airflow and ventilation.
